How do I restore a back up?Assuming you have the data file backed up this should be straight forward.
As you may know your data file is named RVNotebook_be.mdb.
Locate that file that you backed up, and with Notebook closed navigate to the programs directory of RVNotebook.
Now just copy the backup copy of your data to that directory.
You will be prompted to overwrite the existing file and select yes.
Your old data should be there for working with and viewing. I also am assuming you haven't yet entered any new data since you have reinstalled RVN.
If you did that will be overwritten. As another tip you might want to go to the the menu at the top of the RVN screen and select "Help" then click on "About". That will tell you what version of RVN you have loaded. If it's anything less then 2.2.4, go to the tools menu and select "Updates" and the program will go to the webpage and download the latest version.
Good luck. Floyd
